Important: Once payment is received, your production request will be placed the next day. To request an exchange or cancellation of your order, please contact Customer Service.
- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund. -

- Handling precautions
- Due to the nature of the natural material, the shoes may bleed when exposed to moisture and may cause color transfer to light-colored socks or feet, especially in snow or rain.
- The products offered by deviation are not washable.
- Please note that this shoe is made of genuine leather and folding the heel can damage the leather.
- If they do get wet, blot them dry with a dry towel before the leather absorbs the moisture and dry them in the cool shade in a well-ventilated area.
- For long-term storage, we recommend storing your leather in an area away from light as much as possible, as UV rays such as sunlight or fluorescent lights can cause partial fading.
- In the case of bright colors, washing or dyeing is not possible, so be careful when wearing it with denim materials. Leather materials may be damaged if they are polished using chemicals.
- All items for deviation are handmade and may have uneven finishes on the sewing, double stitching, fine pen marks, removable bond marks, etc. that may occur during the production process do not constitute a defective product.
